The Underwriter's Workbench automates the process of motor premium rate calculations. The application assists the underwriter to assess business performance at various levels, based on KPIs like policy inception, retention rates and claim-loss ratios, in comparison with corresponding targets. The rates can then be reviewed and revised accordingly.
