Mr. Srikar Reddy is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Sonata Information Technology Limited. A graduate from the Regional Engineering College (NIT, Trichy), and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Calcutta.

Mr. Srikar Reddy has been with Sonata since 1986 and is pivotal in building Sonata as a trusted and reliable IT Solutions company. Mr. Srikar Reddy’s philosophy of driving business growth through a single-minded focus on customer and investment in people and technology, has made Sonata one of the fastest growing IT solutions company with a unique and differentiated strategy and value proposition.

During 2012 to 2022, when Mr. Srikar Reddy was the CEO of the holding company Sonata Software Limited, Sonata saw its revenues, profits multiply many times and a market capitalization growing over 20 times, enabling the Financial and Industry analyst groups recognizing his focus to conceptualize and execute a unique growth strategy based on IP. This has helped Sonata to be a member of the group of unique Global growth companies at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Mr. Srikar Reddy had set Sonata on a new growth path with a unique proprietary approach to creating digital businesses called “Platformation™“

Mr. Srikar Reddy is actively involved with NASSCOM and CII, and was the Chairman of the Regional NASSCOM Council. He has been the Speaker at WEF and NASSCOM events. Mr. Srikar Reddy was conferred with the distinguished Alumni award by NITT, for his contribution to Industry/Corporate.

Mr. Srikar Reddy was featured in the list of India’s 10 most valuable CEO’s in the large enterprise category (INR 2500 crore to INR 7500 crore) by ‘Business World,’ (Issue dated 18th June 2018). He was also featured by Business Today (September 2017) as leading one of India’s fastest growing emerging (revenue between INR 500 to INR 2500 Cr) companies.

Mr. Sujit Mohanty is the Managing Director and CEO of Sonata Information Technology Limited. He also heads the product business for India. Mr. Sujit Mohanty has been with Sonata since 1991 and has over three decades of experience in the IT industry. He has spent close to twenty years in various leadership roles in Sonata, including heading the Product Marketing and Product Support Services Groups.

Before joining Sonata, Mr. Sujit Mohanty worked at ACE, Hyderabad.

Mr. Sujit Mohanty holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from XIM, Bhubaneshwar.

Ms. Mona Desai is a Independent Director of Sonata Information Technology Limited. She holds a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. She is an advocate and solicitor having passed the solicitors examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1995.

Ms. Mona Desai is a partner of the law firm M/s. A.H. Parpia & Co., Mumbai. She was a member of the Institutional Scientific & Ethics Board of Kokilaben Dhirubai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute.
